How does the 14-day trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial through Stripe Checkout. You enter a card at checkout, and billing begins after day 14 unless you cancel before then.
When do ticket fees apply?
Plaventi ticket fees apply only to paid guest tickets. Free RSVPs do not carry a Plaventi ticket fee.
How do payouts and refunds work?
Paid guest tickets use Stripe Checkout. Host payouts and host-initiated refunds run through Stripe Connect.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Choose the plan that fits now, then adjust from Billing as your hosting volume changes.
