Plaventi is the home for hosting experiences: software that helps hosts plan, share, run, and remember the experiences they create. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It covers plaventi.com, the Plaventi app, and the guest pages we host on your behalf.

Account details you give us: your name, email, password (stored hashed), profile details, and email verification, magic sign-in, or password reset activity.

Experience content you create: plans, budgets, schedules, ticket tiers, guest lists, messages, uploads, reviews, and recap inputs.

Guest information needed to run an experience: name, email, ticket or RSVP details, questions, review submissions, and confirmation status.

Location details you enter. If Google Maps Places is enabled and you select a suggestion, we may store the selected address, place ID, latitude, and longitude.

Payment and billing information handled by Stripe, including subscription checkout, card-backed trials, guest ticket checkout, payouts, and refunds. We never see or store full card numbers.

Usage, device, browser, product analytics, and diagnostic logs so we can keep the product fast, reliable, and secure.

Messages you send to support, sales, press, or our contact form.

To run your account, host your guest pages, and process payments and payouts.

To send transactional messages such as verification links, sign-in codes, reset codes, receipts, RSVPs, ticket confirmations, reminders, and support replies.

To power AI features such as planning drafts, AI Concierge replies, host-reviewed draft replies, and recaps. AI features use the experience details and messages needed for that task.

To keep Plaventi secure, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

To understand product usage and troubleshoot errors without selling your personal data.

When guests RSVP or buy a ticket, the data they share belongs to you, the host. Guests do not need a Plaventi account to book. We process guest data to deliver your experience, confirm tickets, answer questions, support reviews, and help you manage attendance. We do not market our own products to your guests using your guest list.

With service providers who help us operate, such as Stripe for payments and payouts, hosting providers, email providers, AI providers, analytics and logging infrastructure, and Google Maps when Maps or Places features are enabled or a user opens a map link.

When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of people and Plaventi.

As part of a merger or acquisition, with notice to you. We do not sell your personal data.

We use httpOnly cookies for secure sign-in sessions and local storage for non-secret markers such as your signed-in profile snapshot, pending plan or onboarding intent, and product preferences. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

Depending on where you live, you can access, correct, delete, export, or object to our use of your personal data. To exercise any of these, email us and we'll respond within the time the law requires.

We keep your data while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal duties. Where the product offers export tools, you can use them directly. You can also contact us for help exporting or deleting account data.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe and to notify you promptly if something goes wrong.

We may process data in countries other than yours. When we do, we use appropriate safeguards so your data keeps the protection it has at home.

Plaventi is for adults. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll remove it.

We'll update this policy as Plaventi grows. If the changes are material, we'll let you know before they take effect.
