Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Plaventi, you agree to these terms. If you're using Plaventi on behalf of an organisation, you're agreeing for that organisation.

Give us accurate information and keep your login details safe. New accounts may require email verification before use. We may send verification links, magic sign-in codes, and password reset codes to help you access your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect someone else is using it.

Paid plans start with a card-backed 14-day trial. After the trial, we charge the plan you chose until you cancel. Plans renew automatically.

Subscription checkout and billing are handled by Stripe. Where you sell paid tickets, Plaventi ticket fees and standard card processing apply as shown on our pricing page and checkout screens.

You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where the law requires.

Guests can RSVP or buy tickets from the guest page without creating a Plaventi account. Free RSVPs process in Plaventi. Paid tickets redirect to Stripe Checkout.

Hosts set their own experience rules, prices, availability, and refund decisions. Host-initiated refunds are processed through Stripe and may take a few days to appear in the guest's account.

If a checkout, duplicate charge, or ticket confirmation looks wrong, contact support so we can help investigate.

You're responsible for the experiences you create: that they're lawful, accurately described, and safe for your guests, and that you have the permits, insurance, and rights you need. Plaventi provides the tools; you host the experience.

When you sell tickets, payouts are made through Stripe Connect, subject to its terms and any holds it applies. You're responsible for the taxes on your earnings. Plaventi is not the merchant of record for your experiences.

You own the content you create. You grant Plaventi the licence it needs to host, display, and back up that content so the product works.

Plaventi's software, brand, and design are ours. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using the product.

Plaventi's AI proposes drafts: plans, copy, replies, recaps. AI Concierge answers guest questions only from the experience details available to it and escalates when it cannot answer confidently. Host draft replies are for review before sending. You decide what to publish and send, and you're responsible for it.

Location fields work as plain text by default. If Google Maps features are enabled, Places autocomplete may store structured location details and map links may open Google Maps. Google's own terms and policies apply to Google services.

Don't use Plaventi to break the law, harm others, infringe rights, send spam, or interfere with the service. Don't attempt to access data that isn't yours.

You can stop using Plaventi anytime. Where export tools are available, you can use them directly; you can also contact us for help with account data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, and we'll give notice where we reasonably can.

Plaventi is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not responsible for the experiences you choose to host.

To the extent the law allows, Plaventi isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Plaventi is established, and disputes will be handled by its courts, unless your local law gives you other rights.

We may update these terms as Plaventi changes. If the changes are material, we'll let you know before they take effect; continuing to use Plaventi means you accept them.
